About Dr. Olson
Jacob was born and raised in St. Helens, graduating from St. Helens High School in 2017.

He then attended Oregon State University and earned a Bachelors degree in BioHealth Sciences, with minors in Business Administration and Education. He returned to Columbia County in 2021 to complete his DMD at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in 2025.
After graduating, Jacob chose to return to Scappoose to begin his dental career near his family. Jacob’s interest in dentistry began in high school , and throughout his education, his love of dentistry continued to grow. He enjoys being a resource to help patients improve their oral health and enhance their overall health. He focuses on evidence-based dentistry and staying educated on the latest dental technology to provide patients with the highest quality care.
Outside of dentistry, Jacob enjoys staying active by playing volleyball, running, going to concerts, and anything that allows him to spend time with friends and family.
